New Hire Information

Score At The Top Learning Centers & Schools is a family owned and operated company. While the same family owns all of the offices, each office operates as its own company. Accordingly, each learning center & school has it's own specific documentation; please download the materials from your primary center.

The following documentation must be signed and returned to your Center Director: 

1. Company Protection Agreement (located within the Handbook)

2. Acknowledgment of receipt for the Handbook and ACA Compliance Letter (located within the Handbook)

3. W-4

4. I-9 (with the required identification)

5. Background check authorization

Please return all completed form, as applicable, to your Center Director. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your future Center Director.
